New ISAF & Yachting Australia Racing Rules

As of 1st January 2009 a number of rules changed. They are all in effect now and make some significant changes in several areas, but mostly to mark rounding. They are all included, of course, in the new Blue Book available from the Yachting Australia web site or from the SASC office.

There are a couple of very useful documents that discuss the changes effective with the new rules.
